You are warmly invited to attend the Warrnambool SLSC Annual Dinner & Presentation Night to be held at the Pavilion Cafe & Bar on Friday 20th May at 6:30 PM. Dress is neat casual.

It’s been another big year for the club, so we are hoping that this event is well supported and we get as many members to attend this function in order to recognise the season’s achievers. It is also a great time to get everyone together to simply enjoy another successful season. We have decided to go off our own site this year (like we have done in some previous years) and we look forward to the hospitality of the Pavilion Cafe and Bar.

The presentations/speeches won’t go for too long and there is plenty of seating for those that would like to find a set space within the facility. The Pavilion will also have a marquee set up which can provide a great spot for the kids or teenagers to hang out.

Please open the flyer if you would like to print it off and stick on the fridge, however, these are the following details.

COSTS: (Already subsidised by the Club) Pay on the night.

Adults – $20. Includes an extensive range of canapes and hand-held foods.

Children – $10 – anyone 14 and under. Includes fish and chips, followed by ice cream.

Please indicate any dietary requirements with your RSVP.

Beverages: Guests will purchase directly from the bar and the club will run a tab for a short period of time.

Must have RSVP by Friday the 13th May and this can be done by emailing warrnamboolslsc@bigpond.com or ringing 55611790 and leaving a message. OR, just mention to Nicole or Justin and they’ll place your name/s down.
