With the season fast approaching we are excited to offer all Age managers (new, old and future) the opportunity to attend an Age Manager technical skills session and inclusive coaching workshop with LSV’s Nipper and Sport teams.

The Age Manager technical skills session and inclusive coaching workshop will be running at four locations throughout Victoria

Session Details:   A practical upskill session for new and current age managers covering off on teaching technical skills, setting the tone/culture/vibe for Nippers, setting ground rules/structure, tailoring to different needs, engagement & challenging situations, resources. This is an interactive session sharing and talking about what clubs want to achieve in their Nippers programs. At the same time achieve a Foundation Coach accreditation.

The practical on the beach session will form the practical of the Foundation Coach accreditation. For this session is any of your members/age managers are interested in upskilling to a Foundation coach and learn the basics of board paddling/swimming techniques/beach and flag techniques then get then to book and come along.

What to bring to the session:

Wet gear and towel to get in the water and test your skills
A notebook and pen to take notes on the day
Sunscreen & water bottle
Be ready to share experiences and knowledge throughout the day
Lunch will be provided

We ask that you encourage all of your new and existing age managers and potential coaches to upskill by attending the sessions. We look forward to seeing your Age managers on the beach and arming them with the tools to help your Nipper program soar!!
